You really should just look up one-itis and most of your answers will be in those pages. However, since you are at the workplace during the day making this awkward the obvious answer is you need to get her out of there and you two in a one on one scenario so that you can try to escalate this properly and kiss her. This would be the best idea.

you can certainly try to do this at work but you risk your job, your reputation, and making an awkward moment for her because of the surroundings it'll be harder for her to comply with you.

You can always try to talk about it...which makes things awkward.

You can continue doing what you have been doing and getting the same results which you don't want cause you are here asking for advice.

OR - You can drop it and find another girl.

see Im feelin an AFC cz she knows how I feel and isnt interested..so I cant easily isolate her in a 1on1 situation trust me i thought and tried it, I usually really good at pickin up girls but this is hard and I refuse to fail on this one......

FREEZE HER THE F*CK OUT! Why would you want to work a girl that has no interest in you? Theres plenty of other girls that will appreciate you, I suggest you move on. Why? Because sooner or later, she's going to get with another guy, you're going to find about about it, and you're going to be a lot more distraught than you are right now. Ignore her, deal with her as much as you have to on a purely platonic/co-worker level. This will raise her curiosity on why you are acting so differently towards her, and if she's into you, she'll make the first move on you. If she doesnt, then she never saw you as much as anything more than a friend in the first place. And who knows, since your mind isnt on this girl any more, you might meet someone else better.
