Though there are times when I can get a decent one going, well at least I think so haha. But they never seem to leave the general chit chat zone. I don't want to drastically change from whatever irrelevant topic were on, to "BAM"... sex. It just seems like she will immediately write me off as a perv. So I was wondering if there were some ways to subtly bring it up in conversation without being so "in your face"?

Don't have a problem making sexual innuendos or being a touchy kind of guy. Now when you actually do bring up a sexual conversation or topic later in the night, it won't seem odd or creepy because she has always known you as a sexually open kind of person. It won't be like you are suddenly changing gears on her and it won't catch her off guard because you are not acting any different, and if she gets comfortable with you in a sexual frame right away, she'll be comfortable with it later as well.

If you bring it up awkwardly, or out of place, out of the rythym of the conversation, or super randomly, then it may be obvious that your thinking about actually having sex and not enjoying the current moment. it's hard to say the wrong thing when you are in the moment and a part of the conversation, not thinking about past or potential future events.
If you bring it up in a relevant conversation or in a joke, then it displays your comfortable with your sexuality and you can make people laugh. misinterpreting something they've said and making it into a sexual innuendo brings humor which disarms people from thinking anything negative. framing the situation like they are the pervs is great.
I'd give examples but tonality and expression play such a big role in this that the words alone could be a death sentence.
