hi crew

i had a pretty bad night the other night and some advice would be welcome

pretty much 3 girls called me arrogant or cocky, all were different occasions

i had just read a double your dating book while killing time at work and i think i got on a bit of a power trip " i dont need what you got vibe" with my targets

in particular i walked one girl home (she lived in my direction i was not walking home per say just walking back to my place) and it started ok but she was putting up some massive sheilds. nothing was getting her into the flirty zone. i acted like i didnt want her to start with, even offered some random 20 bucks to take her from me( that worked well) but when i would say things like "see this is why we couldnt date, we would fight i would always win u would get mad ect" she was like ok, or what ever,

at one point she asked where i lived and i said thats an intrusive question and joked about people goign through my trash last time i told a random where i lived ect. i then said tell me somehting about u and then ill tell u. this went on and on and she said u tell me and then ill tell you. i didnt want to give in and be a wuss so i was like no u tell me, ect

so i thought fuck it ill just try a freeze out as nothing else is working.
but that sucked we walked like 500metres without saying anything, was akward. so i gave in. eventually i met a friend on the way home, introduced him to her and walked ahead, and my friend said that the whole way home all she kept talking about was how arrogant and cocky i was

mmmmm

im thinking i need more jokes or something in it, anyways sorry about that confusing poist but yeah some help would be sick

does any1 else have this problem,

i know its something easily fixed just need to change my frame but its frustrating and help would be great.

ps. i dont need a reply saying maybe it was the girls problem. i know it could have been but i dont like to look at it that way becassue i will never learn, i like to think every failure or snag is something you can overcome and learn from

I can make anybody laugh but i can't seem to find the inner cocky.

how about throw in a few jokes off the top of your head....just switch gears and start talking about stupid pick up lines.....ask her about a few...then tell her the dumbest ones....

...or the stupid kid jokes....like ....."what does a pig take to the hospital....a hambulance"...

...or something along those lines.......

gets em everytime....yeah, with no laughter to go with cocky....well....your just cocky....
