Im totally into working on my game and have been for a while but my biggest problem is i have the worst memory out of anyone i know (which really sucks cause im only 21...imagine when im 60!) so ive basically made a journal of all of the good stories i can remember from my life and ones that my friends have reminded me of and i update it daily so every night before i go out i reread the journal so everythings fresh in my mind to actually give me stuff to talk about...so i was wondering if anyone had any suggestions on how to improve my memory or maybe my problem is just my recall or if anyone has any other ideas that might help me

So basically anytime you think of one thing, automatically the other thing pop's up...
Example would be: You think of women, my quickest association with that is fun. What does fun mean to me? Being with friends, enjoying the trips I have taken, family. Now I have 3 different categories to pick a story from my friends, trips or family. and it continues.
The more things you can associate what you want to remember with whatever is already in your head, the more likely you are to retain it..
