I have a question about frame-control. I know what it is, I know how to do it. But I don't know what to use it for. Is it intended as a DHV? Like when you're talking about what you did with some friends the other night or when you tell a HB about a gorcious girl or something? The HB will think "He has a lot of friends apperently, he must be fun and interesting".

This is frame-control right? So should I use it for this purpose? Or is there a better way to use it? I can't remember reading about a concrete example about this subject.. 't could be i'm just being stupid...

But hey, i'm sure you guys want to help me out.

i think frame control is basically just staying congruent with the image you've created. your reactions should match that of the person you are perceived to be.
so if you're perceived to be a high value male that's used to getting hot girls' attention, you wont get all tripped up by one random girl who asks you for the time. i think it also has to do with staying in control of the situation and conversation so that you steer where everything goes.

i dont think im explaining this right but yeah.

So it's just sort of confirming your image and the image you want to have? And you can achieve this by telling stories about all your friends and other gorcious girls?

Your image is that of a High Value Man, so you use DHV's to confirm and keep the image you want? That's frame-control?

Framework -

Gets you whatever you want. If you have a strong but light frame you can literally get away with absolutely anything.
If you have a dominant frame you also have power over a set. Tribal leader etc you can work it out.
He who controls the frame controls the communication. With a good enough frame you can make everyone think your way, talk about what you to talk about.
Forget game. If your frame is strong enough you dont need it.

The way that I interpret frame control is maintaining the vibe of an interaction. I like friendly, happy vibes, and I do things (and refrain from doing things) to maintain them.

That means remaining happy and smiling in the face of congruence tests (and sometimes not even responding to them), befriending everyone, ignoring AMOGs, and generally keeping yourself and the vibe of the group happy and positive.
