Hey guys,

I could use some help, she likes me but she says she doesnt trust me 100% and doesnt feel safe and secure with me.

How to improve on that?

A girl i'm dating shes tellin me that a lot that she doesnt trust me 100% and doesnt veel safe i dnno why :D

You can ask her why she feels that way and get the answer. Or you can take the generic answer of her thinking that if she allows herself to be close to you you'll do something to break her heart.

I always see this as a test.

She wants to invest time on you. Telling you don't go beta on me one day, because you are playing alpha now. Feels insecure about herself not you.

Keep the frame.

OR -

She thinks you are boring. You don't give her emotional stimulation. Because emotional stimulation = emotional investment. She don't want to ride with you. You don't fit the rolemodel. You're only good as penis.

No matter what, keep the frame(but focus yourself and goals).
