So theres this chick i used to work with. All the guys would flirt with her except me because i didnt want to be a vulture. But after about a month of working there she started flirting with me. Long story short we were supposed to hang out but she flaked 2 times (maybe once. the first time i texted her at 1am). I was going to the military so i directly told her that i had a week left to hang out. She said "ok let me text you tonight" so i told her "nevermind" and she said "no! you text me". I texted her a few times before that and she never responded so i didnt text her. I friended her on facebook and she accepted.

Im in techschool now. Its a huge sausage fest so i shouldnt need to say more. IM going home for RAP in a month so i would really like to bang her. Idk i guess kinda to prove to myself i can or something. i of course would let her know. BUt i was going to tlak to her a littl ebefore i came back just to make it go faster.

I was going to message her on facebook but idk what i could send that wouldnt be creepy since she still works at my job. i havent talked to her in a few months. I was thinking about just send her a message saying her name and she if she responds. Any help?

Your previous interactions you mention aren't the best. Why aren't you just being direct, here? At least semi direct... Just call her up and tell her you'll buy her a beer so you two can catch up.

I dont think you read the question. More descriptive. I would text her sometimes and she wouldnt reply. I asked her to hang out and she seemed like she wanted to hang out but she wanted to be the one in control of what we did. I told her nevermind and she told me to text her and i didnt. I left for basic and tech school and havent seen or talked to her in about 16 weeks

send her a text, tell her you'll be back in town for a short time and that you two should go bowling

Do what Charles is saying. If she won't pick up the phone or call you back after your brief message "hey it's Yourname, back in town for a few days, let's get a beer and catch up" then move on.
