The teacher was playing one of those ice breaking games and we were in the same 3 people group. We talked for some time (3-5 mins) during the class and she was all smiling, laughing and touching her hair and even her thigh. I guess these are IOIs but for all I know, they are not. So what should I do next? We have the same class tomorrow. Should I ask her out already or try to build more rapport? The thing is I don't know if I will be able to sit next to her every time.

If you're getting a positive response, ISOLATE her on a break (don't do it in front of people) and tell her she's pretty cool and that you think that you two should hang out sometime.
Get her number. Go from there.
