I go to a Goodlife in Toronto and there is this sexy Brazilian girl who works the front desk. Shes probably a bit younger than me (24).

Everytime I come in she gives me an interested looking smile, sometimes we make strong eye contact as I go about the gym. I haven't said anything to her yet because I really have no reason to go to the front desk. Usually my gym game is waiting a month or so to introduce myself so I don't come off like I just want to get in her pants and it's worked quite well. However I've never tried picking up an employee.

Any suggestions on what a clever opener could be and how I can get her info to get to know her outside of work? This girl is a babe so I think the first impression will mean a lot.

A clever opener? Why? The opener is the least important thing. Even if you make a terrible first impression it is worlds better than not talking to her at all.

Just start talking to her with ANY opener whatsoever and go straight into whatever it is you normally do, whether it be joking around, building rapport, breaking rapport, sexualizing off the bat, whatever.
