So, I met this girl who is actually my neighbor, at the nearby country club...

I introduced myself as her neighbor, we smiled, and I noticed her looking me up and down. I would say she's a 9 if your standards are tough.

Well, I messaged her on facebook two days later and it went down like this

"Hey, I'm that mildly charming neighbor of yours who shook your hand twice. I'm messaging you solely to hang out"

banter, banter...

She gives her phone number.

So I text her today (been 2 days, I have been at work haven't been able to hang out). We are making small talk, I use some lines about how I'm not usually this forward but she's just THAT cute. Well, after some talk, she asks how old I am. I state 25. She says she is 18 and laughs.

I said, well, I thought you were between 20-21 but are you mature for your age?!

She says "I'm incredibly mature, but if the age difference creeps you out we don't have to hang"

I blew it off, obviously, and said yes, let's.


Well, today she is at a graduation party until I'm not sure what time. I told her earlier I would text her tonight, as she said we should hang depending on when that party ends...

She could reply at any time, but I am looking ahead.



Let's assume she doesn't.

What should I text her next and when?

It sounds like she will text you. If she doesn't I would blow it off until you see her in the country club again (if you can accurately estimate that it will be within a week). If you don't think you will see her in the club again, call her the day after tomorrow, act like you nothing happened, and try to get her over then.

Very good approach pretty much in the pocket, easily transferable to fwb or gf. Don't use text to game mostly is just for either set meetings or just banter cause something cool happen if you consider her good friend.
