What's the protocol for when a girl starts spewing all her past bf stories? In this particual instance I think she was trying to qualify herself and me at the same time. Telling me all the times she's been an amazing gf and it went unnoticed. Either way it isn't a desired topic of conversation. All my attempts to change the subject where thwarted. Just wondering what anyone else's thoughts where or if anyone has a successful protocol for dealing with it.

Just ask her to stop talking about the ex, it is unattractive.

Thanks for the reply. And I dont mean how to get her to stop doing it im trying to figure out the right way to go about optimizing the situation in my favor. I see tho how asking her to stop doing something I don't favor would enhance her qualifying herself to me.
