here's the problem... Me and a girl will be texting back and forth not taking long gaps between replies. Then i shoot her a text saying for example, "lets hang out tomorrow night " and BOOM she doesn't reply or she completely ignores and replies to another part of the text.
Then i continue the conversation a day or two later pretending that it never happened.
Any ideas on how to eliminate this problem ?

Do you want a friend?
If so, keep texting

Do you want a fuck buddy?
If so, stop texting

Endless texting with you reaplying right away means that you have nothing else to do, and inviting her after long text might translate to: I'm growing fond of you, I want to hang out with you"....

Don't be needy, next time instead of initiating with the long texting just open up with "hey! how ya doing, .. blah blah.. there's this thing downtown tomorrow and im going, wanna come with me? We'll have lunch after at XXX pizza place (or food place you both like)...

Case she says no (i cant, have homework, gotta work, gotta babysit my nephew, etc.) she will have to make a counter offer. In case she doesnt, it might mean that she's not attracted enough to date you, and or maybe she doesn't trust you/feel comfortable enough with you. (In that case, review your game and try again)

Case she says yes, then you're on your way.
