So I'm new to PU and kind of have one-itis right now but just had a conversation last night (not with one-itis girl) that I would like a bit of advice on. She's a HB7 that I went to grade school with and we were friends, haven't really seen or talked to her for years, but we chat on Facebook every once in a while

Me: Hey, we have to actually get together this summer
Her: I totally agree! I work at the [coffee shop] by your house I see your mom quite frequently.
Me: That's what I hear

I left the conversation then. Didn't think much about it at all. Then this morning I get a message from her:

"Hey you should stop by the coffee shop Thursday or Friday morning! I'm working but I should get your number and we should go to lunch!" (suggests a couple of places, blah blah)

So I'm wondering if I should try to turn this into a date... or? I don't think she's seeing anyone and she's mentioned a few times that she finds me attractive but I'm not sure I actually want anything with this girl. I also have the feeling it might be more of a "let's catch up after 6 years" kind of lunch rather than a date.

I didn't say anything to her message I was just thinking I'd leave her hanging and then show up on Friday to get her number.

Sure, turn it into whatever YOU want, She's throwing enough IOIs to indicate more than just catch up on "old times", but don't think of it as a "date"! Just go have fun, tease her, bust on her, kino her...see where it goes!
