How can I improve my skills in the following problem areas?

I've been doing quite a lot of stuff with girls since I first got into PUA stuff last month.

I notice that I have a lot of problems in the following areas:

- Starting a good conversation which she enjoys, and keeping the conversation alive
- Having high energy levels to open high energy level sets
- Opening sets with quite hot girls (hb7,5's)
- Opening during daytime
- Getting number closes
- Getting kiss closes

Could anyone please tell me how to improve on these areas? Or maybe send some links to articles or forum posts which deal with it? Thanks that would be great!
