Being the older brother's friend is always strange, but it's not like high school where little sisters immediately had huge crushes on me and wouldn't leave me alone.
Whenever I'm hanging out with my friend, she's normally there (they live at the same place) and I can't get a solid read off of her because I converse with my friend how I normally would despite her presence.
It makes me wonder sometimes why she wants to be around me after hearing some of the stories of conquest and shit involving other girls.

If you just want sex, i wouldn't go for it. Especially if she is always around. If you want to date her, that's a different story.
She likes you because you are being 100% yourself when her brother is around.
You said she is hot right? Most guys that are around her will be typical( not say those things). You are "atypical". the opposite. This makes you uncommon. Thus! more desirable.
