This is the easiest thing in the world to handle and I'll give you my secret. I don't ask for her name because I want her to ask for mine. It's a nice IOI to receive. Anyways, sometimes time just gets away from you and you want to know her name... Very simple... Do this at anytime..
"Oh my god, I'm so rude...I'm Jon and you are?" She'll usually say, "Not at all, I'm Heather" or whatever her name is.
