Hey everyone, I am new to this but have a question regarding this one girl.

I was hooking up with this girl for a while and then we stopped because of summer and then this semester she has acted weird. We hooked up drunk once this semester and other than that we haven't hung out. She will always say shes busy if i initiate hanging out but then during parties she will show IOI's. She is really hot and cold. For example, At a party, I asked her back to go back to my place cause she was showing IOIs and then she said no, but then later in the night she texted me asking when I was going back to my place. I told her when I was going back and she didnt reply until next morning saying she left her phone in the other room. I don't really know how to interpret this? And when I text her she will reply 24 hours later and say sorry she was busy, so I take it as she is blowing me off but then she will initiate convo a couple days later. So I just am confused on whether she is just playing hard to get or is just not interested in more. How should I play the situation from here: I can't tell whether I should just make myself less available for a while or what. Thanks
