I was wondering if anyone can let me know what they think about this reaction from a woman at work.

OK, there is this receptionist at work. She is HOT. Anyway, there is some electricity between us - but I think she (and to some extent me) are a bit worried because it is work - and well it can be a bit dangerous.

Anyway, I was chatting to a visitor to the company in the general foyer/eating area. We were both sat down at a table chatting. Visitor is also very attractive - and a bit of flirting was going on - although subtle.

The receptionist is nearby listening in standing up and then she comes over from behind me and puts her arms around me to sort of grapple me. And like a tight hug she gave me while she had to pass on some message to the visitor.

Now what was all that about?

Women, what are they on?

she was clearly "marking her territory".... at the end of work one day, make plans to go somewhere fun and interesting, and mention to her in passing at the end of the day that you're going there, ask her if she would like to join you. Regardless of what she says, YOU go and have a good time. Even if she didn't agree to come with you, there is a chance she will show up, and if that happens, she needs to see you there having a good time.

After telling her this and you take her out send a text message to yourself so she sees you recieve it. Look at it and put it back in your pocket.
