is it a dlv, or bad, to be random. like when the conversation dies down start a random new topic. would doing something like that be bad?

In the very beginning, a guy minsok I think told me to talk about whatever I wanted. Be random or something like that. It got awkward moments haha

But overtime, I learned silence actually builds up sexual tension like crazy, given the right situations. ( like your really close to each other stuff).
