Hey there,

I've been in the community reading a lot of threads and this is my first time posting.
My question is about a potential routine to demonstrate value that is taken from a big important thing that happened in my life.

I used to be FAT, and I mean obese. I weighed around 300lbs and after some things going in my mind I lost weight until my current 198lbs.

I consider this a huge proud in my life and a strong demostration of my willing and determination and I think that it might be positive for the interaction to talk about this somewhere in the mid game.

But in the other hand, I think that maybe the HB thinking about me with 300lbs might make all my current value and sex appeal go null.

What do you think?

In case you think is a good thing to introduce in the mid game please give me some tips on how to introduce it without converting it on a vain comment.

Your story can work, it shows that you were dedicated and motivated to be a better man. A story that demonstrate how you improved yourself over the year works with girls. Just be careful as she puts you through shit tests, just come prepared if you decide to talk about your past because you`re DLVing yourself stating that you use to be fat.

DON'T DO IT.


I was 280 lbs, now sitting at 209. If it's a girl you like and are trying to date, tell her further down the road. Any time before you are just DHV'ing and girls while they think it's cool you lost it, in their mind they try to picture you as a 300 pounder, then thinking if you might let yourself go and go back to that same size one day.


Think about it, if a girl told you she goes ass to mouth, would you still wanna kiss her?
