If a girl shows huge IOI, can you just bypass different stages, and straight away ask her out. Though different stages don't hurt, but I am just trying to find out if its fine. This is for a girl who is at your club/coaching class/workplace.

Sometimes IOIs can be misinterpreted and mean completely different things. But one cannot not bypass the stages and omit them. PU is like a biological process, skip any of them out and you wont achieve any success.
