maybe she is bored :)

With just one sentence as backgroundinformation, I can not tell if it is IOI or not.

In such cases, when a girl plays with sugar and the glass, hold her finger. Then hold her hand. If she doesn't pull back, then this is a major IOI.

I think that were IOI's, when we talk we have strong eye contact, and told a little bit jokes and she laughted.

or maybe i been wrong...
