This girl only answered them when she needed to boost her self-esteem, when we had a fight for example.
She was thinking her job was to be flirty, and many guys missunderstands this as real intrest.

I got this girl by beeing different. I met her several times a week in my job. I showed intrest but I never asked her out, or flirted with her like all the other guys. It was messing with her mind, why didnt I ask her out.

After a few months she contacted me instead, and then I asked her out

So I sent X a message to ask for a new date.
But no reply for the hole day.

Until now.
She excused herself for not answering, and asked about my week, to set up a new date.
My plan was to build some connection and comfort since the last time we met was over a week ago.
So we chatted for a short while and when I brought up ide for date she politely ended the conversation.

Clear flake.

I don't feel I did some major fuck up with X that would turn her off.
But I think its best to take a few steps back now.

Different story about flakes that happened to me many years ago. I tried to get a third date with a girl but she was really flaky, so after my third attempt I gave up.
I found a new girl the same week and we clicked directly, she ended up being my girlfriend for almost 3 years.
Anyway, this flaky girl returned to me a few weeks later to set up a new date. I replied to her that I'm sorry, and I really liked her but since she canceled all the time I moved on and I'm now seeing someone else. After that she sent me a long letter explaining herself, I should have saved that email to better understand the mind of a flaky girl
Still after many years she is still sending me messages. I agreed to see her once when I was single and we ended up in bed together.
