There's this budtender at this clinic I go to who is an absolute dime piece. Knowing that, I assume she gets approached regularly by dudes in and outside of work. I've kept it cool and light, getting to know her but at the same time making sure that I don't give her any special SPAM to maintain the comfortable vibe.

My question is, how do I transition this into a date or set myself to hang out with this babe without shattering the work and the rapport that I have set?

I bet you were hoping for something slick that would get her to go out with you. If you've been building rapport while flirting with her, then you have a chance.

And what is the level of rapport that you already have with her? And do you think asking if she would like to grab drinks or coffee would shatter you guys rapport even if she said no? Unless you're going to be emotional and unhappy about her reaction I don't see how asking someone out can shatter rapport.
