Personally I find that squeezing them on the hips, brushing their hair or giving them a poke as I make eye contact with them as I'm passing by is far more effective in creating a sexual frame in the club. You can escalate by holding onto her hands, making a pinky promise while holding intense eye contact and adding a bit of pull to it so she feels you want her, or taking her hand to lead completely. But this stuff is all to be used later down the line.

I can't imagine this being effective on a consistent basis with a number of different women.
