How do you know she is not seeing other guys now?

If you are the best guy for her, the guy that she will be pursuing a relationship with, and when she tells you that she doesn't want to see anyone else that is an idea of when you might be the only thing that she treasures. This is what I believe we should strive for as "pick up artists" given this apple from the tree of knowledge.
