I've come to the point that approaching anxiety is not really much of a problem anymore. I went through the lists of openers and used some of them and they worked out well. It's just after the openers I run out of things to say. I can't even escalate. I'm talking about party game and street game mostly. What I read about was talking about what you want to talk about, but to be honest I have nothing to talk about lol. Do I talk about my day? What are some things to talk about after the usual "where you from?," "what's your name?" I'm still in college so like I talk about school stuff like "what year are you in?" "what's your major"? "how the semester going"? "how are classes"? "what are you taking" etc this is boring lol I wanna be more exciting and i want girls to enjoy having conversations with me. So any tips or any mid-game list of any kind?

Focus less on what to say and start escalating.
Seriously.
Escalate.
You do not need clever lines, just balls to escalate.

Why don't you try to tell fun stories about yourself? Like drunk times or funny moments with friends, depending from the situation u are in that moment... I usually get good responses when i do that and usually ends up with us talking about more intimate experiences.
Ofc, during this time i escalate. ALWAYS escalate.
