Appreciate any help/thoughts you can offer me in advance.

On Sunday, I went to a local bar by myself. Just wanted to grab a few beers and apps. I thought the bartender was cute, but didn't really give her a second thought at first. Soon enough, we start talking and next thing I know I realized how much I wanted her. We had an amazing conversation, have tons in common, talked for over an hour. Just completely hitting it off. I picked up a ton of IOI's from her. She was stroking her hair, staring at me and hanging on every word, and kept playing with her earring over and over.

Only problem was her boss was right there so I couldn't get her number, but she gave me her full name and told me to add her on Facebook, which I did the next day.

I added her on FB the next night (didn't have her number at this point), making a joke about her boss and saying let's have drinks soon. She responded immediately, said 'Hi (my name)! It was great to meet you yesterday, glad you came in! We should definitely grab drinks soon. My number is (she left me her number).'

So she offered up her number without me even asking for it. Next, I wait a solid 24 hours, and sent a text last night. No response from her, nada. What's the plan now? Give it a few days and reopen with a neg/teasing?
