So I work with young kids, since they are young I have to supervise them as they leave the facility. One of the places that picks the kids up after my time is up is a pretty cute HB 6 working for them. Before she would just wait in the van and wait for them to get into the van on their own. Recently though she has been making a point to get out and come to the door that I'm standing at. This has been going on for a while now. During our interactions I have been really funny with her and the kids and have just been doing what comes naturally for me.

I have wanted to try to get her number (and I have an in because we are both runners) so i keep negging her how I would smoke her on a jog. However I'm not entirely sold on the idea of getting her number in front of kids. It's one thing to get shot down, its entirely different to do it in front of 15 students that I have to teach the next day. Any ideas on how I could try to get her number or ask her out by isolating her. She leaves almost immediately after the last student is out the door. Plus on the jogging front its winter here and I know no one is running in this weather at least for a few months. I thought about adding her to facebook and running some game on there but she appears not to have one? I need some fresh perspective on this before I lose the little moment that I have.
