...girls ask if you're a manwhore, or when they accuse you of being one because you're so charming and charismatic around them?

It's usually nice girls who fancy you who do this but it's not limited to them

what are good responses that make you attractive to girls who are a bit worried they are just a notch on the bedpost?

you could probably go either way depending on your personality.
i saw on some reality tv show, some player guy kept saying "everyone thinks i'm a player or whatever, but i'm really just shy, i got no game..." but this was a total lie.
or you could totally do the opposite and go
"yes that is correct, i am a total manwhore. in fact, that was my nickname in elementary school..."

I think I favoured the first one until I read "that was my nickname in elementary school"

I like them both because they leave ambiguity - I could just be bullshitting
if I said the first one to some girls they would think I was more of a manwhore than if I said the second

I'm not, I'm just a people person :P
