I'd respond with, "thank you. my asshole friends were telling me my all white outfit makes me look like man jizz, but you're like the tenth girl that's come up to compliment me on my outfit tonight so the jokes on them!" with a big smile on my face. It's inadvertently sexual, funny, social proofing by saying other girls approached you, and if delivered correctly will disarm the girl and let her know you're comfortable being you despite your dumbass friends.
