so the backstory is me and a friend are out to dinner, we see a girl and he says hey that looks like my friend so he shows me her fb etc, i think shes cute and tell him to hook me up, later that night we're at the casino and randomly run into that girl, and he says hey this is my friend etc etc and we part ways, he tells her i think shes cute in text and he gives her my # and she texts me, we text for a few days and i ask her if she wants to grab a coffee or something, she says she has plans with a friend but we should go to a movie the next night which i agree to (bad idea i should have suggested something else) so the next night rolls around and she tells me shes running late from work and she cant make it til 10pm ish, so we can see a late show or go the following night (friday, i had plans already) so i say lets just go see a late show kind of anxious to see her. SO we meet at the theatre since she works a few mins away, i buy her ticket a few secs before she arrives, we watch the movie and after have a little small talk, she says she should get home because her mom is kind of protective so i say ok, she gives me a hug and says thanks for the movie and thats that. I dont text her for 2-3 days after and on NYE i send her a text wishing her a happy nye, she texts me back saying thanks you too, and i plan to leave it at that and set up plans another night, an hour after she texts me again asking where im going and what im doing for nye so we text for a few hours, i take maybe 30 min between texts cuz im partying with friends etc, at around 1am she says she got kicked out of the club she was at because her friend was too drunk so i ask her where she was heading now, she didnt reply so i leave it for a few days, texting her tonight at around 9pm asking her what shes doing tonight, she says sleeping and i say ok have a good night.

now im totally confused as to how i should pursue this? should i text her again or let her come to me if she wants to hang out again?

how should i pursue?

interesting well from what i gather she did text you first and she answered all your texts (can't really blame her for nye as she was nursing friend and probably drinking/forgot). Did you tell her to text you the next morning after she said she was sleeping?

If you do decide to text her i would text mid day and say something along the lines that you know she is probably busy but to text back sometime to talk and see if she would like to go out again. Don't over analyze everything she could of been genuinely tired from work and decided to go to sleep early etc. Sometimes they aren't playing games life does have a way of getting in the way of everything... But to me it doesn't seem like she is playing any games that could get in the way.
