Attraction, rapport and comfort?

Hi.

Just wondering if people can explain to me what rapport is and what comfort is?

i.e rapport is when you create a connection with a girl.
comfort is when you make her feel comfortable.

Maybe I just gave myself the answer but I'm not sure.
Also, what techniques do you use to create attraction, rapport and comfort?

For your own sake, you don't need to write a 50 page book for me but a small list would be nice, like:

Attraction = DHV, etc..
Rapport = [Method], etc...
