Ok i just broke up with my girl friend of 3 years. And the target is a friend of hers.
But I'm in comfort with the target and just told her i left my girlfriend.
How long till i break comfort and make the move on her friend. Btw im closer with her friend than she is.

No one can tell you how long it will take. Hang out with her, flirt, escalate physically, tease her, just try shit out man. The worst that can happen is you don't get with her and you move on to the next girl.
