this is my first post here and I will have some very naive questions ....

I am on a business trip in eastern europe and I have a colleague (american, Mr. A) who is a pick-up artist, i have read some materials so I can tell , but he drinks a lot and spoils his chances towards the closure. He has a girlfriend here (Miss B). She has a friend (Miss C) whom i like. We have met on three occasions, dinner and later party.
Since I am new to the game, I get nervous around girls whom i like. And moreover Mr A just keeps bitching about everything and he is funny at it. So i lose my confidence after half and hour or so into the meeting and am usually quite after that.
But i think Miss C likes me, she looks into my eyes while leaving, like expecting something, a hug or walk back home. Also in the last to last meet at dance club, she poked me a couple of times with her elbow, but all i did was said "what" and a smile, she smiled back. I have been acting very normal till now, not hitting on her in any way and I might have built a rapport of a decent guy with her.
At the same party some random guy approached her, with the hand reading technique and then "do u believe in telepathy" technique. But she was unmoved with it and ignored that guy. So i think my decent guy image with this girl is the correct thing happened.
She went out of town yesterday, and should be back today, but i am not confirmed. Also she is preparing for some test coming wednesday. I have thought of calling her tonight ask out for dinner, so we could have some time to talk, which we haven't had till now, due to Mr A.

My doubt is, should i call her today, what if she is still out of town, then i would have to call her tomorrow again, and might seem desperate. Also if she says she can't come due to study, i can press once, saying "we will just grab a quick bite". should i press more, is she still says no?

Ok.....so i did called her, we talked for about 3 mins and when i asked about going out, she said, she already had dinner at her parents house and now she will be studying for her test on wednesday.....i closed the conversation saying to see her after wednesday.....

we will probably meet in a group after wednesday.....i think i will play it cool, with no reference to me asking her out.....should i later, after wednesday, ask her out again or wait for her to take the initiative??

Act like you're the prize and that she is not beautiful. Pick out her flaws and use it against her. Your best bet is just to freeze her for a few days and try again. This time act like you are running on a busy schedule and this day is the only day you can go out. Keep in mind, there's many fish in the sea. So have fun and tell me how things go.

I have thought i will not call her until she calls or we meet in a group......but in the initial three meets, i feel all the rapport i could build was of a decent guy....should i be a bit more flirty next time, or the same? And after the meet (if and when we meet again) should i offer to walk her home?

Your problem is your too shy and indecisive. Just be yourself and not hold back, if you like the girl, act on it. Learn to kino escalate before you're landed in the, "LJBF Zone".
