Dont take her to a restaurant or something, thats what every AFC who tries to hit on her does! The mini golf or bowling are great ideas, the point is for her to realize you can be fun and interesting not like every other guy, remember PUA is always different from the rest

I check out all the events that are going on in the city and if there is anything what would gives a high energy, fun time.
IF not just as Gaia_16 I m doing similar - taking to bowling, pool, table football - anything that would give a good experience BUT would also let to chat a little.
Guess a lot depends on the season...

The last successfull one I tried :
I played it with some mistery, saying we were about to do something illegal (it was in the context of our last talk).
I brought her in the roses garden of a park with a nice view on the city. A blanket, two glasses and a cold bottle of wine rosé in my bag. The park was closed (as expected) so we had to jump above the fence and to be silent at first so it created very quickly an intimate mood.
She jumped on me even before finishing it's first glass of wine => FClose in the park.

I guess you have to do it with a girl quite open minded, not too shy and with who you already had quite a good connection but the danger/illegal linked to the "romantic" aspect of having some wine in a park with a nice view can very easily lead to sex
