Don't say anything about, we only live once or life is so fast, or we can die tomorrow. The way woman are programmed it will just back fire and not put them into a sexual mood.

If early in the interaction, dont bring up things such as; you have a hot tub, awesome bed,etc. It is best to keep them as surprises or wait till you know she likes you a lot.
