HELP!!! how to build comfort?

I've been working on my opening and routines and feel am good enough to consistently lock in to a set. The problem now is that I don't know how to comfort-build. Style's Rules of the Game had me seed and number close, but I'd always feel really weird about it. Today one of the girls just plain out said to me that she didn't feel comfortable enough to give me her number (I was still a "stranger"). They're definitely interested and even complimented me on my confidence, but I can't connect and close.

What do I do? How do I do it? And where do I start?
