3 or 4 weeks ago I met this girl in my chemistry class. She asked for my phone number for "studying." We do homework together pretty much every Tuesday and Thursday at the school library.

Obviously that isn't a very fun place to hang out with someone all the time so I asked her if she wanted to go to the river with me and some friends. She said she couldn't go because she had work. (This was the 2nd? week after meeting her).

So I told her yesterday (a little late notice) that my friends were having a party at the river and said she could come if she wanted. She said that she just left an hour ago and had a paper to write. (This convo was over text).

What am I doing wrong? Or am I even doing anything wrong?

What should I do now?
