(Some people might not know that’s a big shopping street, you can explain to her what it means and lead the conversation about that such as style, amount of money they would spend on clothing, etc. and the perhaps refer to the following questions if you feel its necessary)

HB: Oh really that’s awesome! (Or she may ask a question about that and you can lead off of that)

(You can use the following questions to keep the conversation going)
Do you think Paris Hilton should have been in jail longer/shorter?
Do you think Paris Hilton will end up back in jail soon?”
Have you seen the latest about Paris Hilton not paying her storage bill?
Would let your sister hang out with Paris Hilton?
Do you think Paris Hilton was the annoying bitch during her school years or the quiet shy girl?

And then you can follow up with

PUA: Yeah, she wasn't as pretty in person, its kinda sad that even with makeup she is still not attractive.(this is like a very indirect neg because it makes her feel insecure because if your calling Paris Hilton ugly with makeup, she will feel inclined that your thinking she does too)

From here you can go anywhere, there are so many ways!

Most guys dont know when to phase shift and stack so they stay on the same opener way too long,boring the shit out the target.
