I had the first meeting in my dorm today. Nothing special. I just say hi to people around me. Hey whats up, hows it going, what you study.etc I was pretty active in talking with other people.

(I actually have someone who I am attracted to, she sat opposite side of my round table. I just didn't look at her or her friends at all the whole time, bad move? They werent close to me so it might show too much interest)

But then theres this girl who I just randomly said hi to. (She's cute). We talked for like 30 seconds. Again, just normal conversation. (Ahhh...I really need to start using my game)

Anyway, I went back to my room and later she knocks on my door. She goes something like, "hey you were the only person who talked to me." That was the idea, not the exact words. Anyway we chatted for a bit, nice room, blah blah. I asked for her name and where she lived again. And she said something like "anyway I will let you get back to what you were doing." And I did, said see you later. She lives down the hall.

What do you think I should do next?

now go to her door and knock on it preferably at a time where everyone s in dorm, not too late though, when she opens up no proposal, simply say "hey loser, you busy?" shell go blah blah blah yes/no

if it's a yes simply go "really, you suck" roll off and leave, you will get either a response going "wait, blah blah" andreschedule from thei. If it's yes go,"get your shoes/ect. on let's go" and take her out, tell her to get money and keep it short, go about regular routines, good luck AGAIN

I agree knock on her door, and take her out spontainiously. If you can't make that happen do it anyway.Even if its to ask to borrow something like neighbors would. Make it odd but cool though, tell her you forgot to pick up food for your fish and ask if she has any. Then invite her to come see you fish. Tell her you need an egg to make brownies in your microwave, then ask her if she has ever had microwave brownies.
But don't facebook her yet, too soon.

Knock on her door and when she answers say:

dynamation: Hey, did I think I left my shirt in here.
HB: Uh, I don't think so.
dynamation: (Take off your shirt and throw it into her room) Oh! There it is!!!
HB: hahahaha
dynamation: Well are you going to give me the grand tour or should I just take my shirt and leave?
