I just started highschool and I met a friend of a friend of mine, let's call them K (for my best friend) and N (for my target). Now, K (a girl) has been my best and closest friend fir about a year now, and she feels the same for me. K and N are very good friends too. I started talking with N infrequently on MSN and talked to her for 5 minutes max, to make myself and my presence desirable and competed upon with other people. She seemed really interested and me and I gradually made my appearances longer, until we finally started school.

On the 1st day of school they took us to this pool for about 4 hours, then we had a social interaction evening. I spent a lot of time with both K and N a lot in the pool, but I continued to ditch N in favor of other people (especially women). In the evening, I decided to sit down with her and we just chatted for a long time. I love that bliss of connectedness - it's one thing I missed a lot as a child.

Now that I'm just on the verge of entering the Friend Zone with her, I was wondering what's the next step I should take to someday seal a kiss with her, preferably soon. I've got a good base with her, but if I continue this routine I'll inevtiably end up as a friend, which (as nice as she is) isn't enough for me. I doubt if I'd just take her out somewhere and do something like Mystery's line ("Do you want to kiss me?") she'd be comfortable enough to do so, so there's definitely more development to be done.
