I am curious as to what sort of time frame everyone uses when picking up. How long until locking in, escalating kino, moving to comfort, and ultimately either number closing or k-closing?

I typically use pretty natural game, and just go with the flow of the conversation and interaction. I have used a lot of day game, and depending on the situation, a number close in under five minutes is necessary.

Thoughts?
