After doing the "Evolution phase-shift routine," say, "What would you do, if i kissed you, right, now" and go for the kiss. I say you need to kiss her by the end of the first date; and that the date is a failure if you don't kiss her by the middle of the date. Kissing at the end isn't ideal.
