i agree when it comes down to it, alot of what u do and how u respond is down to inner game. I guess the best resource would probably be David D's inner game DVD's.

As for the girls outside u could have quite simply and sarcastically replied "Classy" and turn away without even looking back at her for a response.

One thing that really helped me out with my inner game is the idea of being "non reaction seeking" , the way she reacts should not matter to u and i guess it would have given u higher value (than her) in that situation.

As for that other girl who was starring at you - "You cant look/stare at me like that".

But what i like to do when i get blown out by a total bitch is say "uv dropped something by the way" as ur walking away. As she looks down to look for this non-existing object that she didnt drop just give her a telling smile (as if uv got one up over her now). After the its up to u to eject safely or continue the conversation with another light neg if u want.

The thing to say there would have been like "Yeah, I have a problem with that, but it's cool 'cause now I know who to blame."

Deliver that with a straight face, don't laugh to try and break the tension, deliver it hard and good and look her right in the eyes.

10% chance she goes "Ehh" and walks away, 90% says she laughs a little to supplicate and break the tension herself and tries to deliver a witty line in response, which chances are, won't be good and you can ball-bust her for lack of wittiness then go into a DHV about how you've always felt that wittiness is truly the best measure of intelligence, and voi to the la, you've got attraction, value and then you start qualifying her, and judging her on her responses.

This shit ain't rocket science...

(I hope none of this came off as offensive, because that wasn't the intention...kind of...maybe...maybe not 8)
