So there's a girl (HB9) that I have liked on numerous occasions, and she has liked me as well numerous times.. however, the timing is never right. Some people might call it Oneitis, but I don't think it's that considering I have moved on and dated other girls and went through times where she wasn't even close to being on my mind. I should mention that we are part of the same group of friends)

At the moment, I'm single and she's not. Within the past 6 months (since the last time there was anything b/w us), I've 'seen' two different girls, each for about a month but neither one lasted. I won't give great details, but trust me i wasn't ending it with those girls for no good reason.

So her and I hadn't talked for about 4 months when all of a sudden a couple months ago she texted me and said how bad she felt for not keeping in touch, etc. Since then we've been talking maybe once every 2 weeks or so. Awhile ago I hungout with her and a girl we're both friends with one afternoon. Shortly afterwards, our friend told me that the HB9 said she felt bad for not deciding to be with me the last time I had feelings and that she wishes she would've given things a chance.

So now I don't know what to do. Was she hoping that I would find out and attempt to wheel her? Should I try and spark things up again? Currently we aren't in the same city b/c I moved to go to College, but she'll be moving here soon.Like I said, right now she is in a relationship (for about 6 months) but after she moves he'll be a few hours away and I know she isn't a fan of long-distance.

I'm not gonna put my game on hold and just wait for her, but I'm wondering if you guys think I should maybe try and spark things up?

Of course you should go for it when she makes the move. No point trying to spark things before hand. You are right not to wait around for her. live your life and if you are still single, put balls to the walls and go after her. If you see things going far with this chick, I would hope that she breaks up with her dude before getting together with you. Nothing would turn me off more then a girl i am genuinely interested in being a cheater and untrustworthy.
