I've already escalated a fair bit of kino because our characters in our play are in love, and i was just wondering when i can take it from attraction to a relationship or even better how and when should i do this?

Once you're both comfortable in that plac eyou can kind of meld your worlds, move from the fantasy scene and bring that chemistry into real life. If your characters kiss, awesome. Start out with a chaste kiss, then don't stop. If your characters just touch a lot, do that, but begin to touch more than your characters would.
Once you've built up the real life attraction through kino escalation you will have made a bridge between the worlds. SHe will feel more comfortable with you. Make plans to hang out again, no rehersal. Then build from there.
