i was doing online dating sites and meeting them in person. and talking up girls i had no attraction too. but i ended up getting rejected lmao. so it destroyed my confidence. any other way?

Another way is to dive in... Online dating is the wimpy approach and wimping out at the wimpy approach means you need to build your confidence before anything else

yeah, it was a major mistake. and my confidence has been severely shattered. And its not about physical appearance at all as im 6 1 215 lbs with abs and respectable in the face. The only way some of these women could have rejected me after meeting for the date is if my personality is so horrible that i am completely unbearable to be with. And obviously thikning that has put a hurt on my ability to converse with women.

I think your a little hard on yourself. Getting rejected doesn't mean you're unbearbale to be with.

What it really means is that you lack the skill to fully convey the great personality that I'm 100% sure you have. Now all you need to do is figure out how to conevey that personality.

The best way imo is to read a few books such as The Venusian Arts Handbook to get yourself famailiar with what's actually happening in the interaction and a body language book of some kind. Personally, I found "The Definitive Book of Body Language" by Allan and Barbara Pease to be a good book for that, at least for a good overall view.

Than go out into the real world, malls, bars, clubs, and use your new found knowledge ntil things begin to add up for you.

No worries friend, it'll all come to you eventually if you don't give up.

yea, just get more knowledge and techniques and try them out a lot in the field until it becomes natural. It will help your progression a lot.

for me, I've already had HBs say they find me attractive so whenever I get rejected I just think I didn't play it right and gotta try and get better on some things. My confidence doesn't go down cause I've already had hot girls like me so why would I ever feel bad about myself if some chicks aren't responding well to my game. That's just how you gotta look at it.

Of course you gotta first get some HBs to give you that confidence so that you can have this mind frame. I've had times where HB8 were attracted to me and HB6.5 have rejected me lol. That's just funny and you gotta learn not to worry about it, instead spend your time getting better and meeting more people. I seek ways to improve and learn new PUA skills, then look forward to try it out and get experience. It's fun and it gets easier with time. Just never give up and believe in yourself more. Good luck
