To make a long story short, I met HB9 in a club, had her with me all night, kissed neck, danced, got very physical, but she didn't kiss me... She eventually said "You are very handsome. I really like you, lets take it slow... I want to go in a date with you" - I knew that was some bullshit from instant 1. Tested out her # today, texted her saying if she wants to have a good time, should call me, that I really liked meeting her, blabla... Got no response. Was I played by this chick? Do I wait now, or try and call her later and "make the ho say no"? haha

Call her in some days if she doesnt respond

Don't call a chick in that situation. So far, she's been giving you lip service. She hasn't shown a mutual interest by kissing you back. The best plan of action is to send her a text that seems intended for someone else. Example: "Thanks for coming out last night, I don't know it was going to get that crazy". When she responds tell her that you didn't mean to send it to her and that you're still a little turned around from last night. If she texts you back call her and ask who she is as if you deleted her number. Next: talk about the party a little bit but cut the conversation short by saying you need to take a nap.

That's a great idea to try, props on that one! I'll keep that in mind since i'm in the same situation sorta.
