I k closed an HB9 yesterday. Everything went by the book tons of Kino some comfort building, ect. The only thing is that I paid for everything, and here's why:
I make about $20,000/m and I know how much she makes because her boss is a friend of mine (not very much as a bartender).
She knows that I make decent money because I've paid tickets in the hundreds at the bar she works at.
We went to some pretty upscale places because that's the sort of place I usually hang out at, and it's where I feel the most comfortable. But I know she couldn't afford half the bill so I picked everything up. So, having no problem paying for everything: How do I either circumvent this without looking like a cheapskate or keep on picking up the bill without looking like a chump?

You pick it up and you look at it. You look at her and say:

You pay some other time it will all even itself out in the end.


Thats the way. I have done this countless times. You show her that you dont wanna buy her and you give her the chance to pay you back at the rate she wishes if she wishes to. For you its not a big deal and taking the tension off the topic is a good thing.

Sounds like a plan. I'll make sure to take her somewhere less expensive next time around so we can level off.

The point is that she doesnt have to pay you back. You are just stalling for time so that you both can pretend that you have forgotten about it.

But if you really want to give her the chance, bounce to a bar and she buys you a beer...
